Only after we have met with the local authorities and only with their approval do we operate in cities. We work as a team with local communities every step of the way!
We actively educate our users about the proper use of electric scooters, road safety, and parking laws and regulations in place. Our teams regularly conduct training sessions and demonstrations at different locations throughout the city.
Our riders' safety comes before anything else. Hubb's scooters are user friendly and are made so that everyone can ride them. Simple controls and wheels built for a maximum grip give you command over the road. All the latest safety features are present for you to enjoy a safe ride.
To provide an optimal experience to our riders we share some data such as trip details with local authorities this, in turn, helps city planners have a more accurate idea of where bike lanes and parking spots should be placed. All data we share is completely anonymous and cannot be used in any way to identify specific users.
So that our vehicles take you where you need to be, we bring them at least once a week to our local maintenance centers for inspections and repairs.

When a vehicle can no longer be used on the road, we make sure we reuse rather than dispose of non-affected parts. We recycle as many damaged parts as we can and responsibly dispose of those that cannot be recycled or repurposed.
